Changed your mind?

For online orders, you can cancel within 7 days of receiving your battery, as long as it is unused, has not been fitted, and is returned in its original condition. The cost of returning it is for your account.

Faulty battery?

Bring it back to either branch with your invoice. We recharge the battery, then test it and your vehicle's charging system. If it's a warranty fault, we'll replace it in line with the manufacturer's warranty. Where the Consumer Protection Act gives you the right to a refund instead, we'll refund you. Scrap fee, delivery and fitment

If you return a battery unused, the scrap fee is refunded. Delivery and technician fitment charges for a completed visit are not refundable.

How refunds are paid

We process your refund within 1 working day of receiving and checking the battery, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to show in your account.
