Delivery & fitment
Three ways to get your battery
- Click & collect: free. Collect from Brackenfell or Stellenbosch and we fit it for you at the branch, free.
- Delivery only: R150 per 10 km. We drop the battery off at your home, work or roadside but don't fit it. Order by 16:00 for same-day delivery; later orders are delivered the next day.
- Technician fitment: R250 per 10 km, delivery included. Our technician brings the battery and fits it on the spot. Available 7 days a week. Tick “Add technician fitment at my address” on the battery's page and choose your distance.
We deliver within 40 km of our Brackenfell and Stellenbosch branches. Delivery is worked out automatically at checkout, based on your address. Account customers can get 24-hour service.
Delivery times
Delivery only: orders placed by 16:00 are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 are delivered the next day.
Technician fitment: 7 days a week.
As soon as your order comes in, we'll WhatsApp you to arrange a time that suits you.
Paying by EFT
Please use your order or invoice number as the reference and WhatsApp us your proof of payment. To keep everyone safe from payment fraud, we release orders for delivery or collection once an immediate payment reflects, or once we've been able to verify the payment. If a standard EFT is still clearing, we'll have your order ready to go the moment it comes through.
Outside our delivery area
If you're further than 40 km away, orders are collection only. You can collect yourself or send your own courier. The courier cost is for your account, including returning your old battery to us for scrap.
Scrap battery
Our prices assume you hand in your old battery. If you don't, tick “I don't have a scrap battery” on the product page and the scrap fee is added.
